At Hele, we place great importance on protecting your privacy.

The QCY App (hereinafter referred to as "this product") is a software and hardware integrated solution provided by Dongguan Hele Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hele").

This document describes how Dongguan Hele Electronics Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Guangxi Hesheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and store information, including personal information (i.e., information that identifies you personally) or information that can be reasonably used to infer your identity (such as your email address or mobile phone IMEI).

By using this product, you agree to allow us to collect and process the information described in this Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be collected, processed, and stored by Hele.

 

 

1. How Hele Collects and Uses Your Personal Information

1.1 Account Services

When registering or logging into your account, the App collects your email address, mobile phone number, or third-party account information, as well as your password, registration verification code, country code, and device information (MCC/MNC).

1.2 Basic Personal Information

You may provide basic personal profile information such as username, avatar, gender, height, weight, email, phone number, third-party account info, contact details, date of birth, and address. Your username and profile photo related to Hele services may be visible to other users. When your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, or PC) connects with our systems, we regularly log technical data and system events.

1.3 Information You Provide in Settings

When you install the QCY APP, the system may request certain information including your phone number, email address, Facebook account information, and general location (e.g., city or country).

1.4 Device Activation and Pairing

During device pairing, the App associates the device with your user account by collecting: device unique identifiers (SN and MAC address), device serial number, unique identifier generated during account registration, user ID, and location data. Due to Android system architecture, location and Bluetooth permissions are required for Bluetooth device pairing.

If you submit feedback, we may collect the feedback type, your email or phone number, device information, phone OS version, phone brand and model, and any content you voluntarily provide.

1.7 Technical Information from Your Device

To improve your experience and support updates and troubleshooting for the QCY APP, we collect device details such as earphone model and serial number, hardware and software versions, and mobile phone information including identifiers (IMEI, MAC), operating system, Wi-Fi data (BSSID, SSID, MAC address), crash logs, error logs, and language settings.

1.8 AI Assistant

To enable face-to-face interaction, live recording, AI translation, and AI Q&A services, the app collects the MAC address and device name of your headset and accesses audio data via microphone permission when you use these features. This data is used solely for device authentication and service provision. The app server does not collect or store your personal information. All data generated during use is stored locally on your smart device (e.g., smartphone). You may delete it or uninstall the app at any time (local data will be permanently deleted). We do not and cannot access or control this data.

Additionally, we may collect your account or email to improve your experience, but we do not link it to any function usage statistics or anonymized data.

3. Auto-start and Related Launch Instructions

  1. To ensure the App can receive device data and push broadcasts when closed or running in the background, the App may utilize auto-start or linked-start capabilities via system broadcasts. This is necessary for core functionality.
  1. When content-related push notifications are enabled, the app will only open the corresponding content with your explicit consent.
  1. When you open files downloaded within the App, it may trigger related third-party apps.

 

4. How We Share Your Information

We only share your personal data with third parties when necessary and within the scope of providing selected App services, event participation, gift delivery, and product update notifications.

  1. AutoNavi (Gaode Software Co., Ltd.) – For location and map services. See Privacy Policy.
  1. Tencent Bugly – For crash and exception reporting (IMEI/IMSI/MAC collected). See Privacy Policy.
  1. Sina Weibo (Beijing Weimeng Chuangke Network Technology Co., Ltd.) – For login and content sharing. See Privacy Policy.
  1. WeChat (Tencent) – For login and content sharing. See Privacy Policy.
  1. Mi Push (Xiaomi) – For message push on Xiaomi devices. See Privacy Policy.
  1. Huawei Push – For message push on Huawei devices. See Privacy Policy.
  1. OPPO Push (Guangdong Huantai Technology Co., Ltd.) – For push notifications on OPPO phones. See Privacy Policy.
  1. VIVO Push (Guangdong Tianchen Network Technology Co., Ltd.) – For push notifications on VIVO phones. See Privacy Policy.
  1. Mob SDK – For social login/sharing (WeChat, QQ, Weibo). Collects IMEI, IDFA, MAC, OAID, IMSI, MCC/MNC, base station, app list, location, etc. See Privacy Policy.
  1. Shenzhen Yixiang E-Commerce Co., Ltd. – For brand info and ad subscriptions. Collects email only with your consent.
  1. Facebook SDK – For Facebook login. See Privacy Policy.
  1. iFlytek (iFLYTEK Co., Ltd.) – For AI services such as face-to-face chat, live recording, translation, Q&A. See Privacy Policy.

9. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your QCY account at any time from the profile section in the App. Once deleted, the account and related data will be permanently removed within 7 business days (unless retention is legally required). You will no longer be able to log in or use any account-based features, but you can still use features that do not require login.
